"I just had the pleasure of meeting with Lindsay at SF for an auspicious policy. I had a 25+ year old Japanese truck sent from Japan and needed to get it insured and registered. Try doing that with a 10digit VIN instead of the normal 17-digit bc it’s almost impossible… Progressive couldn’t, Hagerty wouldn’t so I called SF. Lindsay had everything I wanted; basic coverage+roadside and set up on autopay, in like an hour! She said she had never done one of these before, and then crushed it with most of the day left. I might even get to the DMV and have this registered before end of day after expecting this to become a whole situation and headache. Lindsay had solved my problem before I even had enough time to give attention to stress about it again after a week of doing so. It’s been a week of roadblocks, so my experience at MFSF in Drip was refreshingly unique. I am transferring my other car policies here as soon as we are up for renewal!"
